Samsung Galaxy S5
This has been a big year in rolling out the technology for the Samsung company. It comes as no surprise then that the tech giant has unveiled their latest flagship phone, the Galaxy S5, with all the bells and whistles that was characterized its predecessor, the S4.
Here in the newer S5 you have a 5.1 inch screen which is slightly larger than the S4, but not so uncomfortably large as to be unwieldy.
A fingerprint scanner, which was popularized by the latest iPhone 5s, will also show up on Samsung Galaxy S5, and will also sport a built-in heartbeat monitor.
All in all, the new Galaxy S5 is a series of slight improvements in hardware comparable to the S4. However, the design has been criticized as being more or less the same as its predecessor. Not much has yet been reviewed about the software aspect of the new phone, but with Samsung's lack of groundbreaking software improvements in other devices released this year, it may be a slim chance of any remarkable change from the S4.
This April will see whether the hardware improvements will make a big enough selling point to make the Galaxy S5 a profitable flagship phone for this Samsung.
