Smart Clothes are the Iphone of the Future

Things are happening in the smart devices market, and it may not be long before you don't even need your smart phone anymore. The Apple watch market is thriving, and there is nothing to indicate that it will be slowing down. Pivot Yoga has created connected yoga pants that can monitor your form and act as an in-person coach. There are smart mirrors that recommend makeup shades, mirrors that guide you through workouts, and Apple has even patented a force sensing fabric that can monitor blood pressure and heart rates. It almost seems as though are phones are just acting as the hub for all our external technologies. Google even has a jacket that allows you to accept phone calls and pull up directions without ever touching your phone.

While I don't think that our smart phones are going to be obsolete all too soon, it is fascinating how people are itching for the next big thing, and there's only so many enhancements you can put on a phone before people start to wonder if the price is worth it. This is part of the reason companies are branching out and developing smarter technologies, even to the point where nearly everything in our life is technology based. Maybe that's a good thing, maybe that's a bad thing, but I, for one, am excited to see all the creative thing's that will be accomplished with this technology.
