Pipeline Tips and Tricks!

  

  Being a student here at Harding, you get to become very familiar with Pipeline. Pipeline is Harding's University website that provides students, faculty, and alumni a variety of different resources to help them in their day to days activities like registering for classes, picking a chapel seat, signing up for a test, and so much more. Here's a handful of tips that I've learned that will help you fully utilize this awesome site.

Favorites Tabs

    This one is pretty well known, but it can really help students out. On every link you can go to on pipeline you can "star" the section of pipeline you're on. This will then be added to your favorites tab! So instead of searching the student tab for that one site to check your chapel excuses, you can easily access it through the favorites tab.

Academic Profile

    Have you ever wondered who your advisor was? For me, that was definitely the case. After the whirlwind that is Bison Bound I had no clue who my advisor was. You can find this on pipeline but it is kind of tricky. If you search "Advisor" in the search bar this page will not appear. You will have to go to Academic Profile under the Student tab. On this page you can also see what Major you are in as well as your minor. An alternative and much harder way to see all this is going to uachieve.

Display Transcript

    Instead of going to uachieve, this is by far the easiest way to see your grades! If you go to the Student Tab, then click Student Records, and then click Display Transcript, you will have access to all your past grades. This is helpful when wanting to know your GPA, however this is not an official transcript. Make sure to star this page!

Philo TV

    Take advantage of an amazing resource before it is gone next school year. Philo TV is a site that gives Harding students (on campus) 64 live TV channels for free. If you have a Roku device, it can be setup on the Roku. If you click the Personal Tab, then click TV Options, you will see instructions on how to setup Philo on each device.

Courses

    Students are able to look up any and every course offered at Harding. Under the Student Tab, click Course Schedule/Enrollment. This page allows you to look up any course offered, and you can filter the results by Department, course number, campus, term, and more.
