Features
- The new MacBook Pro comes in two different sizes: 14-inch and 16-inch.
- You can choose the Space Gray or Silver color.
- There is no longer a touch bar. It was replaced with full-size function keys.
- You can unlock your computer with your fingerprint.
- There are a number of ports: HDMI 2.0, SD card, 3 USB-C Thunderbolt 4, headphone jack, and a MagSafe 3.
- You can either charge the MacBook with the MagSafe 3 charger or through the USB-C port; the MacBook will come with the MagSafe 3 charger.
- The battery life has significantly improved; you can watch up to 17 hours of movies on the 14-inch and 21 hours of movies on the 16- inch!
- The CPU in the M1 Pro and Max is up to 70% faster than the CPU in the M1. The GPU in the M1 Pro is up to 2 times faster than the M1 and the GPU in the M1 Max is up to 4 times faster than the M1.
- The MacBooks have a Liquid Retina XDR display.
- There is a 1080p (finally!) FaceTime camera.
- The top of the screen contains a notch design, which is similar to iPhones.
