To open "Safe Connect" you need to install Rosetta

The new Apple's first chip M1, specifically for Mac computers, requires you to install Rosetta.

At the beginning of Fall 2021, several students had difficulties connecting their laptops to the Harding Wi-Fi. A message like this appeared:

The problem was that when they tried installing Rosetta, they had this message:
What you need to do in case you are having problems connecting to the Harding Wi-Fi, and you have a Mac is the following:

First, download the policy key that will appear when you connect to the Wi-Fi.
This will download Safe Connect to your computer, which prevents the Network from getting viruses.
After, when you try to open it, you will get the prompt about installing Rosetta in your computer.

Next, you need to connect your computer to a hotspot because it will not let you download Rosetta using the HU-Student Wi-Fi. After that, you will be able to open Safe Connect.

At the end you need to install an Antivirus if you do not have one already. And that is how you can connect your Mac computer with an M1 chip to the Harding Wi-Fi.
